By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older to use the service.

Gogenx publishes a profile of your business that AI assistants and search engines can read, submits your details to directory sites, and measures what AI platforms say about businesses like yours. Paid plans also include written content and SEO work.

You are responsible for keeping your password and API key private, and anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Give us accurate details and keep them up to date. One account can hold several businesses, each on its own plan.

The business details you enter are published on a public page and sent to directory sites, so do not enter an address or phone number you would not want publicly available. The details must be accurate and the business must be yours. Every listing is reviewed by a person before it goes live and we may reject one.

Plans are billed per business, monthly or annually as selected, and renew until you cancel. You may cancel at any time and your plan continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Payments are processed by Chargebee and card numbers are never stored on our servers.

We refund payments made in error, duplicate charges, and listings we reject and cannot correct. We do not refund a period that has been used. This does not affect any refund right you have by law.

Content written or drawn by AI is a draft until you choose to publish it. Please check it first, because AI can produce inaccurate information. Once published, the content is yours and you are responsible for it.

Do not list a business that does not exist or is not yours, publish unlawful or misleading content, upload material you do not have the rights to, or attack, overload or scrape our systems. We will normally ask you to correct a problem before taking further action, and we may suspend accounts used for fraud.

Your business details, photos and content remain yours, and you give us permission to use them to run the service. The website, software, and the Gogenx name and logo remain ours.

Gogenx is provided as it is, without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be excluded by law.
